These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jilink ("jilink," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilink platform, including the website at jilink.app, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting services, and features offered therein.

All operations are conducted in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing jilink, you acknowledge that online gambling involves real money and real financial risk, and that you accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilink's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
In accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing gambling in the Philippines, all Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any jilink services. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances therein.
To be eligible to use jilink, you must:
jilink reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each User may hold only one (1) Account on jilink. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If jilink identifies that a User holds duplicate accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. jilink is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.
Before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by jilink's compliance procedures, Users must complete identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID). jilink may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are processed within 1–3 business days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilink login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jilink will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify jilink support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
jilink reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or regulatory compliance requirements.
All deposits on jilink are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash-in. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (GCash/PayMaya: ₱100; bank transfer: ₱500). Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the jilink Account instantly.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilink charges no withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees. Withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 Philippine banking business day.
jilink may request evidence that funds deposited represent legitimate income or savings. This is a regulatory requirement and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until documentation is provided and verified.
jilink offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Users. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
All bets placed on jilink are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation screen is displayed before finalisation; it is the User's responsibility to review all bet details before confirming. jilink is not responsible for bets placed in error where the correct information was displayed at the time of placement.
Sports betting markets are subject to jilink's sports betting rules as displayed in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between odds displayed at the time of bet placement and the correct odds applicable to a market, jilink reserves the right to void or recalculate affected bets. In-play betting is subject to market suspension at jilink's discretion during live events.
Casino games (slots, live dealer, table games, instant games) are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are displayed in the game information panel. Game malfunctions void all plays and pays.
Online sabong bets are placed on live events streamed from licensed arenas. jilink does not control arena operations or fight outcomes. In the event that a fight is declared void by the arena operator, all bets placed on that fight will be refunded to the User's jilink Account balance in full.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilink and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
All content on the jilink platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and interface designs — is the proprietary property of jilink or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jilink.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilink shall not be liable for:
jilink's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilink reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of jilink following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jilink, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Metro Manila, Philippines, or as otherwise directed by applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
jilink players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint and dispute resolution channels.
